10- Minute Art Reset: #3 Scribble and Shapes- Turning Noise into Meaning

Start with a scribble.

No intention, no direction—just let your pen move across the page without thinking. Fast, slow, jagged, looping—it doesn’t matter.

Then pause.

Look at the lines and ask yourself: what do I see?

Maybe a face appears. Maybe it becomes a pattern, a creature, or something abstract. Start outlining shapes, adding details, and building something out of the chaos.

This simple shift—from randomness to recognition—does something powerful. It reminds your brain that even mess can become something meaningful.

It’s low-pressure, a little playful, and surprisingly absorbing. Before you know it, you’re focused, present, and a little quieter inside.

You don’t need inspiration. You just need a pen and a few minutes.
